【論文掲載】松葉研究室の修士の八代和樹君、松葉教授、西岡教授、香田教授、矢野助教たちとの共同研究論文がResults in Chemistry誌に掲載されました。

松葉研の修士の八代君(のグループ）を中心にして、秋田県立大学・スターチテックの中村先生、大阪大学の高島先生、山形大学の西岡先生、香田先生、矢野先生との共著論文が出版されました。一応、Open Accessですので、皆さん読むことができるかと思います。
難消化性デンプンなど種々の米由来デンプンの構造と糊化を放射光X線構造解析と熱測定から解析したという論文になります。
